Self-Reflection 

Volunteers  play a crucial part in helping us bring about lasting improvements in the quality of life for disabilities people.Either you give a couple of hours , a day or a year ; i really appreciate the time that I spent with them. During my volunteering experience with Zayed Higher Organisation at Abilities me Exhibition , I got rare experience . There is two sides of it , first i will start with positive side which is giving to our community , develop our organisation , problem solving , team work and communication skills . Second ,the negative sides were the limit of time to learn how to deal with special needs people, there is not too many people visited this exhibition, as they have to support those category of society.



I learned from this experience that the world never stops on special needs life, but they still have the ability and hope. They can do a lot and they can give the community as we do, but they need the chance and support to prove themselves. 



After this experience  my vision was totally changed as i had fear to deal with special needs people. I thought that they are not able to work but now I knew they area able to do anything they want no matter what type of disabilities that they have , they still can give on their way.





In conclusion , I hope that every person in the world can understand those category of people and give them the chance to work in their company , respect them and do not consider them with compassion. Finally,I would like to repeat this experience and discover their worlds more to support them.
